Helping young people get back on track
When your teenager is struggling, it can feel like the whole family is carrying the weight.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Youth Empowerment Services helps young people who are struggling to reconnect with their strengths, build confidence, and create a positive path forward.
We work alongside young people and their families to navigate challenges such as anxiety, low confidence, school disengagement, family conflict, lack of motivation, and uncertainty about the future.
Our approach is practical, strengths-based and relationship-focused. We believe lasting change happens when young people feel heard, supported and empowered to recognise their own potential.
Is YES Right for Your
Young Person?
We work with young people who are:
Struggling at school
Lacking motivation or direction
Experiencing anxiety or low confidence
Having conflict at home
Feeling disconnected or isolated
Making poor decisions or getting into trouble
Spending too much time online or gaming
Needing support to reconnect with their strengths
If any of these sound familiar, we'd love to talk.
"We got our gorgeous boy back."
How we work
-
We'll take the time to understand what's happening and answer any questions you may have.
-
We will arrange a meeting with you, the parent(s) or caregiver(s) and your young person. We'll discuss how we work, your challenges and goals, and determine whether our approach feels like the right fit for your family and your young person.
-
Through regular online mentoring sessions, we focus on building trust, confidence, resilience and practical life skills.
-
Over time families often notice positive changes in communication, confidence, motivation and relationships.
Real stories, from real families.

different kid."
"They’re now super involved with mountain biking, guitar, and going to the gym regularly.
We have a closer relationship and regularly talk about how far they have come.

"We've seen an absolutely incredible difference.
"His attitude is infinitely better. He's helpful, considerate, and a pleasure to be around.
You've been such an incredible help to our family."
