Robbie is a Youth Development Specialist, mentor, and father of three who has dedicated his career to supporting young people and their families through challenging times.

He holds a Bachelor of Youth Development and has worked with young people experiencing:

  • School disengagement

  • Anxiety

  • Family conflict

  • Disability and neurodiversity

  • Social isolation

  • Complex family circumstances

  • Mental health challenges

Throughout his career, Robbie has worked alongside schools, social services, community organisations, and families to support young people in practical and meaningful ways.

More Than Professional Experience

As a parent himself, Robbie understands that no textbook can fully prepare you for the challenges of raising teenagers.

His approach combines professional expertise with genuine empathy, accessibility, and practical support.

Not Therapy. Practical Support.

Many families come to YES after trying other services.

Robbie's focus is not on formal counselling or talk therapy.

Instead, he works alongside young people in real-world situations, helping them develop skills, solve problems, build confidence, and move forward.
